According to WebDesk , the report of the investigation committee established by Prime Minister Imran khan on the sugar crisis in the country released. The report prepared by the investigation team led by the DGFIA Wajid Zia included the names of many prominent political families. The report said that the most benefit in the Sugar crisis was raised by senior leader of the Government party Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Jahangir Tareen, and he earned Rs 56 crore in the help of subsidy, while the relative of Federal Minister Khusro Bakhtiar earned Rs 45 crore from the Flour and Sugar crisis, Chaudhry Munir Rahim Yar Khan mills, former PMLN MPA Ghulam Dastgir Luck mills benefited 14 million.
The report states that the export of Sugar increased prices in the country, the decision of the Sugar exporter was not correct, the Sugar exporter made money in two ways, received money in terms of subsidies on Sugar and also benefited from the price increase.
