2. Create a Vision Board 

A vision board is a creative way to map your goals for the future. You can create a simple one from pencil and paper, or get creative with some scrapbooking!

This creative project will take you 30 minutes at most, and it could end up being really inspiring! also you will look different from others in a positive way .All you need are cardstock (or heavy-weight construction paper), scissors/paper cutters, glue sticks, and magazines that inspire you. 


3. Upcycle Your Clothes 

Upcycling is a creative way to reuse old items, and save money! You can make a dress-up costume out of an old t-shirt, or turn your favorite jeans into shorts with the help of some scissors.  If you're looking for upcycled clothing projects that give back, try making clothes from used sheets (they feel amazing!), or donate clothes by sending them in care packages overseas.

4. Make a scrapbook of your favorite memories

Plus, it's easy! You can buy blank mugs from any major craft store and then decorate them with Sharpies or paint pens. There are so many creative ways you can personalize your mug: add pictures of friends and family, quotes that mean something to you-even choose colors based on what type of drinker you are. The options really have no end in sight!

What better way is there than crafting your own personalized coffee mug? Just think how much fun it will be when everyone asks where they came from - I'm sure people will. 

6.  DIY Jewelry Stand

This creative project is a great way to make some new jewelry for yourself or as a gift. It will be easy and fun to create this stand from things you probably already have in your house! All you need are hangers, clothespins, a hot glue gun (or super glue), string/twine, or ribbons. 

7. Create a Pinterest board with home improvement ideas for the future

Pinterest has a ton of ideas for all the home improvements you need to make! Just simply create a Pinterest board under your account and get inspired by the endless list of ideas on the platform. 

8. Declutter your home

Creative people need to have plenty of creative room. Go through your home and declutter any items that take up too much space, throw away anything you no longer want or use and reorganize the rest.  After this process is complete, go on Pinterest for some creative ideas on how to get creative with the new area. 

10.  Write creative poems

One way to get creative is by writing. Write a creative poem about your day, anything you see in nature, or even the places you visit if that's what inspires you. It doesn't have to rhyme but it should flow smoothly and be creative!  Have fun with this one! Creative people need time for creativity too :). You have time already so use it.

11. Design a new room layout using the space you have available in your home 

This creative project idea is for those who are looking to design a new room layout. It can be something big like moving furniture around and adding in some decor or something small like rearranging your closet by color.  Experiment with creative layouts that fit the space you have available- it's worth exploring!
